Provenance Construction Services, LLC was established in 2003 as a professional home building and development company, focused on single family home construction and general construction services. The founder is a licensed builder and has over 20 years of building expertise in the Atlanta metropolitan market. The company distinguishes itself in the industry through its ability to meet any requirement of our customers.
We are proud members of the Greater Atlanta Home Builder Association, The National Association of Home Builders, The US Green Building Council and The National Association of The Remodeling Industry. We are a Certified Professional Home Builder and a Certified Earth Craft Home Builder.
Gordon Goodman, Founder
Mr. Goodman has a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Morehouse College. Mr. Goodman learned the importance of professionalism, integrity and good work ethics early in his career with the Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Goodman applied these concepts when he founded the company in 2003.
Mr. Goodman is a Licensed General Contractor; Certified Earth Craft Home Builder; IA Certified with Georgia Soil and Water Conservation; a member of the Industrial Building Advisory Committee; and has held a Real Estate Appraisers License; and a Realtors License.
Since founding the company, Mr. Goodman has constructed over a hundred 1 to 4 family homes and town homes. He successfully obtained Certificates of Occupancy for all projects. In addition, Mr. Goodman has provided project management services for the construction of two hotels and has completed over fifty commercial tenant build-outs.
